This weekend I made this yummy Cheesecake. I got the recipe out of Everyday Raw by Matthew Kenney! It is one of my fav... recipe books. I even had a picky cooked foodie like it! Now that is impressive, Go Matthew! I added the Chocolate and the strawberry! I just LOVE my kido's aren't they cute!!?? Even my 12 year old daughter[Emerald] who was not happy about being in a picture!Love always

ReplyDeleteThey were being very patient. They weren't even able to eat until the next day. Such good kids=-)......I also must say that I was being patient as well. It looked so good and it was worth the wait!

I hope to get more of Matthew's books, he is coming out with another one soon. I also hope to get yours soon. They look great! I like the idea of putting the green smoothie into a popsicle form for my kids.
